Cookbook | Recipes | Ingredients | Cheese

Camembert is a soft cows' milk cheese originally made in Normandy, France. It is made in small round shapes, with the soft cheese surrounded by a firmer, edible, rind. It can be made with pasteurised or unpasteurised milk, and is at its best when runny.
