Traditional Yucatecan dessert, using coconut and sweet potato.

  • ground coconut
  • sweet potato
  • sugar
  • cinnamon

Bake sweet potatoes until soft, then mash. boil sugar and cinnamon, then add sweet potato mash. Mix in ground coconut until it forms a workable dough. Form into balls or other shapes and serve.
