Lemons

Lemon (Citrus limon)

Lemon oil comes from the rind of lemons, the fruit of Citrus limon trees. It has a fresh citrus scent. It has an antiseptic effect.

Properties

Circulatory

Reduces blood pressure, improves varicose veins.

Digestive

Relieves indigestion and constipation.

Skin

Helps acne, oily skin and athlete's foot.

Caution

Don't expose the skin to sunlight after using lemon oil.
