Fennel oil comes from the seeds of the Foeniculum vulgare plant. It has an earthy, herby, spicy scent. It has an diuretic and stimulating effect.

Digestive

Relieves indigestion, nausea, vomiting, flatulence and constipation. May cure hiccups.

Skin

Improves oily skin and the appearance of aging.

Caution

  • Don't use fennel oil during pregnancy.
  • Don't use fennel oil if you have epilepsy.
  • Fennel oil can have a narcotic effect.
