Facilitator with some experience of SD Modeler/reflector, expert in SD, to listen and conceptualize discussion of the community Recorder/photographer to document discussion

Steps

1. Refer back to CLD

2. Discuss the general relationships within the model

3. Discuss individual roles participants have in the model

4. Describe this as a community snapshot: “Where do you see your work in the diagram?” “Based on the diagram do you see any new strategies that you would want to incorporate into your work?” “How is your work connected to others?”

5. Ask “Does this capture connections that are new or surprising?”, “What can we take away from this?”

6. Ask “Does the diagram suggest possible collaboration that you may have thought of? “

Evaluation Criteria:

Identification of individual roles in the community/model.

Discussion of the relationships and linkages within the model

Identification of potential areas for collaboration

Clarification of next steps
