RAD Rule 69 - Coming into Force[edit | edit source]
The text of the relevant rule reads:
Coming into Force S.C. 2001, c. 27 *69 These Rules come into force on the day on which section 110 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act comes into force, but if they are registered after that day, they come into force on the day on which they are registered. *[Note: Rules in force December 15, 2012, see SI/2012-94.]
This set of rules was new as of December 15, 2012[edit | edit source]
The Refugee Appeal Division Rules came into force on December 15, 2012. They were an all new set of rules, as previous versions of the RAD Rules had only reached the pre-publication stage.
