Canadian Employment Law

This book is intended to be a general overview of Canadian employment law. It will cover the current state of employment law when developed and will expand to cover history and development at later stages. Canadian employment law is governed by provincial and federal legislation, however the vast majority of employment relationships in Canada are governed by provincial law. As a result, the book will cover primarily provincial law while federal law application will be updated at a later date.
