Annotations[edit | edit source]

the church of Saint Fiacre in Horto     (Latin) Saint Fiacre is the patron saint of gardeners. In Horto is Latin for in a garden. There was no Church of Saint Fiacre in Ireland in 1904; Fiacre's 7th-century hermitage Kilfiachra has given its name to a townland and a civil parish, both known as Kilferagh, in County Kilkenny.[1]
