Annotations[edit | edit source]

Dona nobis pacem     (Latin) Grant us peace.[1] This is the concluding phrase of the Agnus Dei (Lamb of God), which is sung in the Latin Tridentine Mass during the Communion Rite. Lynch is completing Stephen's parody two lines before.
