Article 2[1]
A fine commuted from detention or imprisonment under Article 41 of the Criminal Code or commuted into labor under Article 42, Paragraph 2, thereof shall be raised by one hundred times for each day. The same applies where the amount of fine specified by law has not been raised as herein prescribed or where the penal provision of any law does not specify the punishment of a fine.
