How should counterfeiting and altering New Taiwan dollar be punished?

Holding

Counterfeiting and altering New Taiwan dollar issued by the Bank of Taiwan while entrusted by the Central Bank shall be punished by the Penal Act of Offenses Against National Currency.

Effect

This case law would supersede Judicial Yuan Interpretation No. 63 on 29 August 1956.
