The National Forensic League is the major governing body for high school forensics. Each year, the National Forensic League conducts its National Speech Tournament, contested between high school competitors from all of the NFL's districts. As the major governing body, the NFL drafts and publishes resolutions as agreed upon by coaches who are members of the NFL's Wording Committee.
