Summary

Description
English: Yayla soup is a yogurt soup from the Turkish cuisine, the main ingredients are yogurt, rice and dried menta leaves; this one has no chickpeas and some consider it a lack and tend to call this version "yoğurt çorbası" instead of "yayla çorbası". Many do not consider the difference and see it as a detail.
