English: Leaves probably of Broad Leaf Arrowhead, Sagittaria latifolia, growing in a ditch near the town of Salzwedel, Germany. In contrast to the indigenous Arrowhead Sagittaria sagittifolia, this species is a synanthropic neophyte from North America.
Deutsch: Blätter wahrscheinlich des Breitblättrigen Pfeilkrauts (Sagittaria latifolia), in einem Straßengraben in der Nähe von Salzwedel. Im Gegensatz zum einheimischen Gewöhnlichen Pfeilkraut handelt es sich um einen synanthropen Neophyten aus Nordamerika, der in Europa als Zierpflanze für Gartenteiche dient, "in freier Natur" aber nur selten zu sehen ist. Das ~30 m² große Vorkommen fiel durch seine vergleichsweise riesigen und hellgrünen Blätter auf. |
