Summary
| Description |
English: My most successful effort with pretzels. Before this I had some success with whole wheat pretzels but that batch did not come close to these. The best thing about this batch: NO High Fructose Corn Syrup. I imagine the yeast lived well with the alternative sugar source: Natural Maple Syrup |
