Summary

Description
English: Pork rind and pork lard, as shown by two glass bowls. These two products depicted is the outcome of rendering the fat from a pork shoulder roast. The pork fat was cooked in a pot, frying it, rendering it into two distinct products after pouring out the resulting fatty oil. The fatty oil was placed in the refrigerator and converted into lard. The pork rind was fried with pork fat.
