If critical inquiry is halted (by removing the forum) there is no path to knowledge except through mistake (the forum may have been disrupted or perverted). The obvious available option is to keep things working is to stay in the inner loop where there is only mistake. Another option is to create connections to other boxes, such as connecting mistake to the frame of reference, but this will update the frame with mistaken information resulting in low esteem and depression, and, I am afraid, desperation. The poor esteem (and efficacy) created by mistake and motivated by depression to desperation will attract the wrong crowd such as desperadoes who will corrupt the framework, for instance, with cocaine or meth. Another option to attempt is to create a connection to Values in an attempt to update the framework with healthy non-mistakes through morality--but two problems appear. The value system found in Values will act to suppress or alter the desperation, depression and low self esteem by, for instance in Christianity, forgiving those who caused the problem in the first place who destroyed the forum (employers?). Or, Value might be affected by the desperation and, as happened to the framework, attract desperadoes corrupting the values.

The the Artifact that is central to constructivism (Mitchel Resnick) is not central to the diagram, but has been pulled off into the employment loop except to borrow from the individual's, and presumably the community's, knowledge--but only as learned from mistake. It is safe to say that values have not part in the employment cycle as it is illegal under business law to do anything that does not directly create shareholder profits. Artifacts are crucial to constructivsm; they are the focus, for instance, of constructivst therapy; the artifact has been stolen.

Where is education in this picture? Constructivst education would be complete with the insertion of the Artifact into the center, but didactic education has to be parallel as a business, as it operates for profit (even if it has been socialized). As didactic information is supplied (with little "back talk"); this was mis-attunement to Carl Rogers as it was not the product of experience, and probably misinformation. So, another box has been placed above Knowledge for inserted knowledge that is separate from the collective experience.
