CRM manages the enterprise's relationship with its customers. This includes determining who the high-value customers are and documenting what interactions the customers have had with the enterprise. Only large ERP packages have a CRM module.

Tables[edit | edit source]

The CRM module uses the existing ERP tables as the source of its data. This is primarily the Contact, Customer, and Sales tables

Data Exchange[edit | edit source]

CRM does not exchange transactions with other modules.

Transactions[edit | edit source]

CRM does not have transactions.
