Sirniki are Russian curd fritters.

Syrniki is a Russian dessert that is generally eaten after the main course at dinner, but sometimes at breakfast.

- 500 grams cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 6 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt

- sour cream and sugar or jam, confiture.
- apple sauce
[edit] Procedure
- Mix cottage cheese, eggs, flour, sugar and salt.
- Take piece of paste, make round, flat shape and put on warm frying pan with oil.
- Wait until it becomes gold colour and flip.
- When it is brown on both sides you can eat it.
