- Heat the butter and sesame oil on the non-stick pan, fry the garlic, red and green chillies and scallion. Stir at 15 seconds to make fragrant.
- Add the duck meat, beansprout and parsley, stir until the duck meat changing the color.
- Add the rice, and then the light soy sauce, habanero, black pepper and salt. Stir until mixed all.
- Served hot.
