  1. Melt the butter on the non-stick pan. Fry the garlic, chilli and scallion, stir at 15 seconds.
  2. Add the chicken and carrot. Cook until the chicken changing the color.
  3. Add the rice, and then the oyster sauce, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Cook until all mixed.
  4. Serve hot with the dressing.
