The author has nominated this book for speedy deletion, with this message:

I am the original author with no other contributors (except for 1 vandal ;-)). I don't intend to finish this book as the material is not really useful. This book has not been put on any bookshelves either.

Comment - I would love to keep this, as I noted on the author's talk page. But it does technically meet the speedy deletion criteria. On the other hand, there's nothing which forces any of us to actually delete it ;) and we would really be better off keeping it, so consider this a Keep unless the author is highly unhappy about that.
