Let us get familiar with some Odia phrases and sentences regarding greeting other people and striking a conversation.

| How are you (Informal) | କେମିତି ଅଛ? | kemiti acha ? |
| I am fine, thanks. | ମୁଁ ଭଲ ଅଛି, ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ। | muṃ bhala achi, dhanyabād. |
