Introduction

NIfTI (Neuroimaging Informatics Technology Initiative) is a kind of data format extending from ANALYZE^TM7.5 file format.

Compatibility to different softwares

AFNI

FSL

in FSL (version 4.1.9) the data format by default is NIfTI.
