Lentil porridge is a typical Nigerian dish prepared from lentils. It is easy to prepare.

Ingredients

Pick debris and dirt from lentils then rinse.
Transfer the lentils to a pot, and cover them with water. Bring to a boil, then simmer until tender.
Stir in the palm oil, blended pepper, and onion. Cook for few minutes.
Season with salt, and serve.
