This page is for requesting renames and usurpations, especially those dealing with SUL-related naming conflicts

1. Start a new section using the link above.
2. Unless you have already merged your accounts, include a diff from your home wiki to prove that you own that account. A post to any page in your userspace confirming that you made the request here is sufficient.

• We will not rename you to an inappropriate or abusive username, or one which creates SUL conflicts.
• If your request involves usurping a username which has already been registered, the following guidelines apply:
  1. The username must be inactive (for several months at least) or be indefinitely blocked. It should have few, if any, good-faith edits or log entries.
  2. The user must not reply to an email within 7 days if they have a confirmed email address.
