Okro soup is a Nigerian delicacy mostly eaten as dinner.

- Pot
- Cooking spoon
- Mortar and pestle
- Bowl
- Knife
Procedure[edit | edit source]
- Combine the meat, onion, and stock cube in a pot over medium heat. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Cover everything in the pot with water, and bring to a boil.
- Add the stockfish, and simmer until the meat is soft. Stir in the palm oil.
- Grind together the pepper, crayfish, and ogili. Stir into the pot.
- Stir in the okra, cover the pot, and let cook for 3 minutes.
- Adjust the seasoning to taste.
- Serve hot.
