- 5 hot house cucumbers
- 4 cups scallions
- 6 cups buttermilk
- 1 cup cream
- 2 tbsp tarragon
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
