[edit | edit source]- 1 bowl of zucchini, washed and sliced
- 1 bowl of lettuce, washed
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, washed and sliced
Dressing
[edit | edit source]- 2 lemons, juiced
- 2 blood oranges, juiced
- 1 orange, juiced
Procedure
[edit | edit source]- Combine the lemon juice, blood orange juice, and orange juice to make the dressing.
- Combine everything in a large bowl, and toss well.
