- 3¼ cups bread flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 7–8 oz milk
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tsp active dry yeast
- 2 tbsp white sugar
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 1 egg
Procedure[edit | edit source]
- Knead all the ingredients together, and let rise for 1 ½ hours. Alternatively, use the dough setting on a bread machine.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
- Divide dough into 12 rolls.
- Brush melted butter over the top.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
