Powdered milk, also known as milk powder or dried milk, is a variety of milk where all the water has been evaporated. As a result, it is shelf-stable at room temperature. Because milk fat can turn rancid over time, powdered milk is often sold with little to no fat content.

Powdered milk can be reconstituted with water to make liquid milk. It can also be used in cooking and baking as a source of protein and flavor.
