A simple salty dish with onions and pasta.

Procedure[edit | edit source]
- Boil pasta until tender.
- Oil your pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic to pan. Cook until transparent and browning.
- Add pasta to pan along with more oil and some salt.
- Cook pasta, stirring regularly, until it begins to brown.
- Add extra salt as needed.
- Let it cool and serve.

- This dish is supposed to be salty and oily. Feel free to go a little crazy.

- You must stir regularly, otherwise some pasta will burn and other pasta won't brown
