A simple salty dish with onions and pasta.

Procedure[edit | edit source]

  1. Boil pasta until tender.
  2. Oil your pan over medium heat.
  3. Add onions and garlic to pan. Cook until transparent and browning.
  4. Add pasta to pan along with more oil and some salt.
  5. Cook pasta, stirring regularly, until it begins to brown.
  6. Add extra salt as needed.
  7. Let it cool and serve.

  • This dish is supposed to be salty and oily. Feel free to go a little crazy.

Warnings[edit | edit source]

  • You must stir regularly, otherwise some pasta will burn and other pasta won't brown
