This rub is great on steak, pork, and chicken.
Ingredients
[edit | edit source]- 1 cup smoked paprika
- ½ cup salt
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- ¾ cup dehydrated lemon peel
- ½ cup black pepper
- ¼ cup dried rosemary
- ⅓ cup granulated garlic
- ½ cup chipotle powder
- 2 tsp hickory smoke powder (if you can't find this, use 2 drops liquid smoke in the dish.)
Procedure
