>>> It's not probably the vandalism - but please check first pages, cause it seems to be copied twice or triple. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 83.27.254.168 (talkcontribs) 16:25, 3 Jan 2007 (UTC)

I do not see any vandalism here? --Herby talk thyme 18:49, 3 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Added sexually explicit vandalism to a page in the last couple of hours. --Everlong 08:26, 7 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I gave that IP a test1, if he continues to vandalize that page just leave a note here.--Az1568 (Talk) 08:32, 7 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, OK. Hadn't seen the {{test*}} templates before. I'll use those next time. --Everlong 20:08, 7 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

--AdRiley 10:30, 18 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks - blocked --Herby talk thyme 10:34, 18 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

User changed 'What does it look like' Section heading of Wikijunior Bugs/Flea page to 'a bit like Geroge Bush'. Urbane User (Talk) (Contributions) 14:32, 26 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Done --Herby talk thyme 14:44, 26 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Seems to have been blocked before sometime in 2006, came back today and made a lot of nonsense edits to the Wikijunior_Big_Cats/Cheetah article (I reverted him but I doubt he'll stop, we'll see though, Im only really listing here because the talk page says the person is a notorious vandal)... Mattb112885 03:10, 14 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked. Thanks for the warning. --Whiteknight (talk) (projects) 03:14, 14 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

--AdRiley 12:31, 14 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Dealt with - thanks --Herby talk thyme 12:41, 14 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Looks like a bot, allegedly tagging images {{nld}} but actually creating Image: pages with no image. Webaware talk 23:01, 14 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Note: it probably isn't a bot because it doesn't disappear when you tell wikibooks to hide bot edits. So yes this is probably a vandal. I warned the IP, we'll see what happens, it may just be an outside bot or something. Mattb112885 23:28, 14 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
When you click "Hide Bot Edits", it only hides edits from bots that are registered with the system and have the "bot flag". This could still be a bot and not have that flag. I will block it temporarily right now until we assess the damage done, and then we can extend the block longer if warranted. --Whiteknight (talk) (projects) 23:31, 14 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Makes sense. Thank you. It seems like it created a lot of them, if you need someone to tag them for deletion let me know. Hopefully he didn't overwrite existing images. Mattb112885 23:32, 14 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
The images tagged are all images that have previously been tagged for deletion by User:HDBot, and all have been subsequently deleted. Tagging unlicensed images is what this bot was designed for, so this raises some suspicions.I have sent a message to the owner of that bot asking if he knows about this. --Whiteknight (talk) (projects) 23:41, 14 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Urbane User (Talk) (Contributions) 18:49, 5 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks - returning vandal - given the record , blocked again --Herby talk thyme 18:58, 5 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

-- Jim Thomas 18:32, 9 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

block for a month. This is blatant vandalism and thanks. --Rob Horning 20:56, 9 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry - sorted some of this out but no time to do more now, some moves etc to deal with [1] - admin action preferred as it is easier --Herby talk thyme 10:46, 13 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I got the page moves undone. --SB_Johnny | talk 11:25, 13 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Adding very inappropriate content to wikijunior. -- Jim Thomas (aka Jomegat) 05:34, 18 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks Jim - stopped I see but I've placed a warning --Herby talk thyme 09:23, 18 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

These 3 users plus an IP were all connected to large scale vandalism around 30 minutes ago which saw the creation of about 20 pages of offensive vandalism, page moves of the Chess wikibooks and an attempt by "Blueknight" to pass himself off as an administrator from another project. I think all of their contributions have been reverted or deleted but can someone please check. I have also blocked all users indefinitely as they created one hell of a mess and pissed me right off. A CU would be nice too. Xania talk 20:18, 25 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Wow that looks like quite a mess... thanks for catching / fixing it, looks like most of the edits are reverted but we'll keep an eye out. Mattb112885 (talk) 20:43, 25 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Done the CU dig & made a couple of IP blocks - anyone wants the info - let me know - cheers --Herby talk thyme 07:03, 26 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

All 3 users (obviously the same person) have been infinitely blocked this evening. Their edits consisted of Nigeria 411 or other similar messages requesting 'donations'. These messages were posted on user talk pages and also on other pages including [RFA]. Can someone check user these (although I guess they're using anon proxies)? Xania talk 21:20, 13 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Originally done by Johnny at the time, also checked by me in connection with some other user and some IP blocks placed --Herby talk thyme 07:12, 29 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Systematic Deletion of A-level Applied Science AdRiley 12:44, 2 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Warned & I will block after any such further edits - thanks --Herby talk thyme 12:51, 2 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Mass deletion of Muggle's Guide to Harry Potter | Characters | Ron Weasley sections. Chazz (talk) 16:01, 15 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

BV warning - shout if any more happens - cheers --Herby talk thyme 16:09, 15 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

-- MichaelFrey 15:44, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks Michael. I blocked him for three days. --Jomegat 15:59, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
