Dr. Xiaowei Yu is a Chinese lawyer who specializes in Chinese Civil and Commercial Law and International Business Law. He obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Law and a Master's Degree in Law from Southeast University (Nanjing, China) in 2009 and 2012 respectively and got a Ph.D. in Law from Maastricht University (The Netherlands) in 2017.
