Cookbook: CHICKEN HAKKA NOODLES

This chicken hakka noodles is very tasty and children will like this very much. This will be good for children as this is a mix of vegetables and chicken .

Ingredients

  • Ching's Hakka Noodles(150g) / Plain Noodles
  • Beans - 1/2 cup sliced
  • Capsicum - green, red, yellow - 1/2 cup sliced each
  • Spring Onion - 1/2 cup sliced
  • Carrot - 1/2 cup chopped
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1/2 tea spoon
  • Egg - 2-3
  • Chicken - 1 cup sliced
  • Water - 1l
  • Oil - as per needed
  • Soysauce - 3 tea spoons
  • Curry leaves - 3-5 leaves
  • Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon
  • Salt - to taste

Procedure

  1. Place a medium pan full of water in stove and bring to boil.
  2. Once it was boiled add 2 tea spoon of oil and salt to taste into it.
  3. Empty the noodles packet into the boiling water and can remove from the flame once the noodles was nicely cooked.
  4. Strain the noodles and keep it in a strainer and pour some cold water over it and keep it aside.
  5. Beat 2-3 eggs in a bowl, add pinch of salt and pepper into it.
  6. Place a pan, add 2 tea spoon of oil .
  7. Pour the beated egg into the pan and scramble the egg.
  8. Cook the chicken in a pressure cooker with salt and 2 pinches of pepper and take the flesh alone nicely sliced.
  9. Place another pan in stove and put 5 tea spoon of oil.
  10. Put curry leaves then ginger garlic paste and stir for sometime in oil.
  11. Then add sliced Beans,Capsicum,Carrot, salt to taste and stir for 5-10 in high flame , make sure that it is not getting burned.
  12. Lastly add spring onion.
  13. Add pepper powder into the vegetables.
  14. Add scrambled egg and cooked chicken into the vegetables.
  15. Add the cooked noodles into the pan, add 2 pinches of pepper powder , 2-3 tea spoon of soysauce and mix well in high flame.

Best served with tomato ketchup .
