Gbegiri is a smooth bean soup commonly served with amala.
Ingredients

- Palm oil
- Pepper
- Onions
- Salt
- Stock cube
Procedure
[edit | edit source]- Boil beans until soft.
- Blend into a smooth paste.
- Cook with pepper and palm oil.
- Add seasoning and simmer.
- Serve with amala and ewedu.
