Adalu is a Nigerian meal that is common to Yoruba people in Nigeria is a mixture of beans and corn cooked together.[1][2]

Procedure

  1. Boil 3 cups of beans and 3 cup of corn together for 40 minutes.[1]
  2. Add red pepper mix it together then add Plam oil.
  3. Season and simmer.
  4. Serve hot.
