I am an English teacher. During my work, I often found it hard to find good tools for my students who come from non-wealthy environments. The old rule "What is good isn't free, what is free isn't good" makes it hard for learners from all over the world, especially under-developed or developing countries. I think it can be and should be fixed. I call teachers, advanced learners, people with decent knowledge of the English language to collaborate to create an open-source English grammar book. In 2015 I came across a nice project by Brian Tarkan and decided to push forward it. The book here is based on this project and also on Wikibook by Wikimedia Foundation. Everyone who is not indifferent to people without good access to knowledge can join.
