To add a recipe in the Old School Style:

  1. Decide on an appealing, descriptive English language name for your recipe. Please consider that if you do not choose to pick an English language, descriptive name for your recipe, it is likely that it will eventually be renamed with a much less appealing name than you would have chosen. Use title case.
  2. Right click on the following link and open Cookbook:Recipes in a new tab.
  3. Navigate to the letter of the alphabet with which your recipe name starts.
  4. Right click on 'edit' and select 'open in a new tab' or the equivalent.
  5. Using the other entries as a guide, add a similar line at the alphabetically correct spot for your recipe's English name.
  6. Click 'Show Preview' to check to make sure your entry is properly formatted, if so, it should look like the others, except that it will be red. If so, then click 'save'.
  7. Right click on your entry and open it in a new tab, then click 'create'.
  8. In an entirely new tab, locate an example recipe from the Cookbook that looks OK to you regarding formatting, etc.
  9. Click edit, then click inside the 'edit' window. Copy the entire example recipe to the clip board - usually CTL-a, CTL-c.
  10. Click on the tab you created a few steps back for your recipe, and paste the example recipe there, usually CTL-v.
  11. Adjust the example recipe to be your recipe and save.
