In April 2019, the President of Uzbekistan approved the Concept of Development of Public Education System until 2030. “Schools that are performing poorly are the ones attended by the most deprived children in community, and these schools need support,” said Sascha Graumann, Representative, UNICEF Uzbekistan. “It is important to provide them with better learning materials and human resources to compensate for their deprivation,” he added.

The dialogue emphasized on what should be focused in the classrooms.
