Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs - online service Ministry of Justice of Ukraine obtaining information from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individuals-Entrepreneurs and Public Associations (hereinafter referred to as the USR).
Using the payment card of international systems Visa/MasterCard, the requestor can pay for the service and receive information from the USR. The fee for obtaining information from the USR is directed to the State Budget of Ukraine.
E-services[edit | edit source]
Users registered on the portal with the Unified State Register can make statements in the register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in accordance with the instructions set out in it.
Open Data[edit | edit source]
Users can learn information about legal entities or individual entrepreneurs using two types of queries:
- free request;
- paid request.
Types of queries differ in terms of the search criteria, the content and the ability to store the search results of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.
Free request[edit | edit source]
Search criteria for a free request are:
- according to the code of the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Associations of Ukraine (EDRPOU) or by the name of a legal entity;
- by the number of the taxpayer’s registration card or the last name, first name and patronymic of the individual entrepreneur.
Content of the free request:
- information on the presence or absence of the Unified State Register;
- basic information;
- full information.
There is no possibility to save the generated found information.
Paid request[edit | edit source]
The search criteria for a paid request are:
- according to the founder of the legal entity;
- according to information about the head of a legal entity;
- according to information about the person having the right to sign without a power of attorney of the legal entity;
- select the date on which the request should be formed.
Content of a paid request:
- information on the presence or absence of the Unified State Register;
- basic information;
- full information.
It is possible to save the generated information found in the formats: zip, rtf, pdf.
