Yinchuan is the capital of Ningxia Autonomous Region. It is situated in the central part of the Yinchuan plain, at the eastern side of Helan mountain, and at the western side of Huang He river. It is a famous historical cultural city of China. It is a permanent hosting place for the China-Arab Countries Economic Forum. It is the military, political, economical, cultural, scientific educational, transportational and financial commercial center of China. In history, Yinchuan was the capital of the Xixia dynasty. It has an area of 9,500km2+, with a population of 2,100,000+. The majority of its population are Han people, with 530,000+ are Hui people.
