The first Konami Picno educational console was released in Japan in 1992 for ¥29,800 yen.[1][2] the Picno 2 was launched in 1993 for ¥15,800 yen as a much cheaper followup console.[3] The Picno was discontinued around 1994.[2]


The Konami Picno uses a HD6435328F, a HN62334BP, a HM538121JP, a M514256B, and a custom chip.[4]

The Picno uses a touchpad built into the system for most of it's input.[5]
