English: Loop of isallobaric pattern associated with a strong cold front approaching from the Plains during the morning of January 29th and passing during the early afternoon hours with winds shifting to the northwest. Wind speeds of 30 to 40 mph were common, with gusts over 50 mph.
Français : Boucle des isallobares lors du passage d'un front froid très actif sur les Grandes Plaines des États-Unis le 29 janvier 2008. Des vents de 50 à 80 km/h ont été rapportés avec des rafales locales de plus de 90 km/h.
