Non-free usage rationale for OpenClinica User Manual/AutomatingCRFs

Not free because:

Screenshots of proprietary software are copyrighted. However, OpenClinica almost requires Microsoft Excel as other spreadsheets, such as OpenOffice, can't be reliably used: https://docs.openclinica.com/3.1/technical-documents/openclinica-ecrf-specifications/crf-template-general-constraints . These screenshots are being used under fair use to illustrate how to develop OpenClinica using proprietary software, for which there are no public domain or free images available.

Required because:

The book being written is to teach beginners how to use a computer program. The most logical way to teach them is to show them, and that requires screenshots. Thus, the book requires the use of screenshots.
