Français : Apparaissant dès le 17ème siècle, ces armoiries portaient à l'origine la croix tréflée de Saint-Maurice, rappelant que cette abbaye possédait une importante partie de la commune, où l'abbé conserva ses droits de taille jusqu'en 1636 et son fief jusqu'à la Révolution. La croix alésée remplaça la croix tréflée au 18ème siècle.
