When the human body is upright, the heart must push the blood circulation to overcome the gravity effect of the blood. Moreover, when people are exercising upright, the lower limbs are the main active organs, blood will be more distributed to the lower limbs, and the blood supply to the heart and above organs will be reduced. In contrast, the lower position of the heart and above when crawling is beneficial to blood circulation throughout the body and has a positive effect on the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
