Thiebou yapp is a type of senegalese recipe that is made with boiled eggs, Vegetable Rice and meat.[1]

Procedure:

  1. Cut the meat into smaller sizes, put oil in a pot and boil at medium heat.
  2. Add Garlic, salt, pepper and hot pepper, cover and allow cook.
  3. Add 1 liter of water, add rice according to the quantity you want.
  4. Add salt and seasoning cube, cover and allow to cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Wash the vegetables and add pepper, hot pepper, lemon juice. pour half cup of water and mix well allow to cook for 10 minutes and leave to heat.
  6. Slice tomatoes, mix with vinegar in a small bowl, (you can add ketchup if you want).
  7. Add sliced meat into the pot of rice and allow to cook for 5 minutes.
  8. And your food is ready.
