Introduction

[edit | edit source]

Okra and Stew is a simple Nigerian meal in which okra is cooked separately while a tomato-based stew is prepared on its own. Both are then served together, allowing each component to retain its distinct flavour and texture.[1]

It is commonly eaten in many Nigerian homes and served with staple foods such as amala, eba, pounded yam, or fufu.[2][3]
